Supported by the City of Port Adelaide and PAE Youth, SMOCK held a day of music, food, video and art making at the magnificent Osborne Skate Park. Recycled billboard & truck vinyls and tarps were laid across sections of the park for skaters, scooters, bmx, roller and feet-walkers to create marks across as they used the park. These works then informed the design process of a mural that was painted on to sections of the skate park, and covered the adjacent toilet block Live music was performed on the day by Somnium and Slowmango. SKATEARTJAM was SMOCK's first event that did not use a gallery space in any form.
